This buyer has just sold her home in Marblehead, Massachusetts.
Her biggest regret in moving was leaving behind her beloved garden, which she cultivated for many, many years. Every plant and tree was put there for a purpose, and all bring back memories.
The listing agent had us do a video tour of her garden for her as a closing gift. She wrote and narrated it, and it's being put on several DVDs for their personal memories, and to give to her kids.
