The gracious stairs descend to the pool area with a rock waterfall - functional in the pool filtration system as well as aesthetically pleasing. The gunite lap pool has been designed to function without chemicals of any kind and has systems installed to make certain that there is neither excess moisture nor odor from the pool.
The pool deck is constructed of Wana and provides for a very pleasant and nearly zen like sitting area adjacent to the pool looking through french doors to the outside.
The master bedroom opens directly onto the pool deck and is exceptional in proportions with a 14' angled ceiling and circular skylight , which from the bed encourages star gazing.
