http://www.HomeCenterSIR.com - The Annah W. Everett House is one of the few Colonial Revival houses built in the Georgian mode. It was designed by the Hingham architect, Charles Everett for his mother in 1926. He designed, restored and altered numerous Hingham residences.

It is composed of an enclosed pediment portico which protects a paneled door topped with a semi-circular fanlight with tracery and framed with plain sidelights.
Finials aside the small front gable are a delicate finishing touch. The facade is symmetrical with large multi-paned sash windows on each side of the entrance. There is a decorative frieze atop the cornice board under the eaves, which with the corner Doric pilasters, clearly delineate and articulate the classical front.
